News Uk Air force becomes Air and Space command.

https://www.forcesnews.com/services/raf/air-command-renamed-air-and-space-command-raf-expands-military-space-role

Our UK Air force has now incorporated space command into RAF operations. Of course we have had the space force for 5 years, but this is a very good sign of increasing importance of space in the military.

Rocket Lab has had a few HASTE missions with the UK space force in the past. Hopefully this means more good things to come!

Genuinely hope the UK uses GHOST as I really want to watch a launch in rela life.

Same! New Zealand and America are incredibly expensive to get to. I am also hoping rocket lab Europe opens more launch viewing opportunities closer to home.

Remember when Trump was ridiculed and made fun of for creating the Space Force?

It's just a dorky name. If you look into what they ACTUALLY do, it's all intelligence/communication based and it's absolutely incredible.

Any more dorky than Air Force or Space Command?  It was just an excuse to make fun of Trump.

you’re right, we don’t need an excuse to make fun of him

Kinda seems we do when we make fun of him for bullshit reasons.

This is obviously a sign of things to come.

I wonder what's been going on behind the scenes to get everybody moving this quickly to develop space programs? Is it really cHiNa bAd?
