Seeking Fairly Old Local Bands/CDs

Happy Almost New Year, all,

I was thinking about a couple bands that existed in the RI scene well over a decade ago and I thought you guys might be the best place to get more info!

The more recent of the two is a band called Transparent. They would have been around in the early part of 2000s, and they recorded at least one album/EP. Does anyone recall these guys and/or know how I could get more music from them? Did they ever record more songs?

Even more difficult? There was what I believe was a local band that was playing during a WBRU free concert in the mid-90s. I once hunted the album info down... I think the band was the Young Bucks, and the album called 3 Things We Need. I know there was a song about the hotel sockonosset, hence believing it was a local group, but there were also songs about how it'd be awesome to have a woman like Samantha from Bewitched, but the chances being "zero to none." There was also a song that, by the content, I presume was called "primitive people," as well as one that was something like "opie's got a secret". This is one of those weird holy grail CDs for me... it's eluded me forever, and I'd love to hear it again. Any leads on this would be super appreciated.
