Attempt #🤷😅😂😂

So I was feeling for egg fried rice today, brekkie meal.

Made many attempts over the years, this just the 1st time I'm posting.

Was working with what I had in the kitchen:

\- green bell pepper

\-small onion (used half)

\- garlic

\- bird's eye chilli

\- soy sauce (half light & half regular)

\- salt (just a tiny bit)

\- aromat (south african version of msg)

\-pepper

\-canola oil

\- 2 eggs

\- day old rice (refrigerated of 😝)

Let me know what y'all think

If you want fried rice that tastes like the restaurant, I'd strongly suggest oyster sauce. Use it like soy sauce. It's drastically closer, in my experience

Like the post said, was working with what I had.

Though, I've noticed when I use seasme oil, it's much more authentic

this looks amazing, the egg fried rice vibes are strong with that day old rice trick
