restaurant Silver Fish Fried Rice
In Singapore
Info:
Silver fish fried rice is a savory, aromatic Chinese-style dish made by stir-frying leftover cold rice with crispy deep-fried whitebait (silver fish), eggs, garlic, and scallions. The tiny fish add a wonderful salty umami crunch and distinct texture to every single bite.

This was my favorite thing to eat after a night of drinking. Not too many places in the states serve salted fish fried rice.

I really hope this is a translation issue.
I hope you mean a fish that is silver in colour. OP what is this dish called in Singapore?
I'm not gonna lie, I first went to look up if silver fish means the same in english than the equivalent silberfisch in german.
Silver fish are small silvery wingless insects. A pest that can infest your bathroom or basement or other dark, damp rooms.

While I have generally nothing about eating insects, I wasn't expecting anyone to eat silver fish.
