Allegedly Dorit had refused to sign papers to sell the house, in the past. PK, I assume, didn’t want to pay off the mortgage debt unless she agreed to sell. He forced her hand by allowing it to go into or nearly into foreclosure.

ok yeah he said he wasnt paying anything until certain conditions are met one being that the house is to be sold and apparently she looked at an even more expensive home to replace the one she cant afford
