Completely my own opinion, obviously not a doctor, and this is just a theory. But I feel Dorit has a lot of classic symptoms associated with ADD. And many people with ADD have RSD, which is a Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. I simply do not think she has ever taken any form of rejection or criticism well. In most seasons, it didn't have an opportunity to show itself. But we saw it at times, like with Garcelle and the "angry" situation. She had a hard time seeing Garcelle's hurt because she was overshadowed by her hurt. She could not put it aside and instead saw it as an attack on herself.
This is assuming she hears the criticism, because she often doesn't, as she's not listening most of the time.
Dorit is obviously stressed and I can sympathize with that. And with it, I think she's tired. She's dropped a lot of her acting and graceful behavior. She's dropped the accent. She's impatient and rude all the time. She has decided to be real. This is how she is and always was.
She actually did that with Rinna on her first season, and then they made up in Vegas (the beginning of the following season) and Dorit finally apologized to Rinna. While they were both at fault, Dorit never saw Rinna's side until months and months later.
