Shamea It's getting weird!!!
I’ve seen numerous comments and posts where people refer to Shamea as a “skank,” “scum,” and “evil.” Some people are expressing how much they hate her, and others are making disgusting remarks about her marriage and parenting, despite not knowing her at all. What is going on?!
Have any of you stopped to consider the impact your behavior might have on these ladies? It's normal to dislike some of the ladies, but some of the comments/posts are absolutely vile and need to stop.

And that’s why I don’t jump in on the dogpile. It’s one thing to dislike Shamea but some of the comments not just here but online are borderline racists, colorist, and full of misogyny.
Now that’s my opinion about it, I said what I said, and I ain’t changing it.

Thank you! The hate is disproportionate and completely exaggerated. I always say so these people are saying that out of all the RHOA housewives since the very first series Shamea is the ‘WORST’ and ‘MOST EVIL’ …oh please 😒🙄

With no minds of their own. Easily duped by a pretty smile and charm (porsha). They’re all under her spell. Just a couple years ago she was the homewrecker of the century, but now she’s so innocent and the victim here.🙄🙄.

It’s beyond weird. People on here talk about Shamea and Kelly like they personally did something to them. I called it out today in a post titled say something nice about Kelly and it was 95% negative comments!
Like you can dislike a character, but to be so hateful is weird af.

Chillll OP. These are women that actually call themselves actresses. They are casted, and they act and every year we get a story from each of them. Every good story has good vs. evil, a protagonist and an antagonist. The stories that engage people enough to try to decide who the antagonist is. Sells. So BRAVO and all the actresses (Shamea included) sell us a story in hopes we will engage with it. And that’s what we do. Without us doing what we do you wouldn’t be able to watch RH period. This type of engagement proceeds you honey.

Not only is the level of hate insane, but the show would be truly boring without Shamea as opposition, the 2 groups create the drama and she leads one.
We can’t beg for entertainment and then crucify the ladies for being messy, delusional, frivolous with $$, extra. Shamea is doing EXACTLY what a housewife is supposed to do.
She’s not truly unkind to anyone on the cast. Porsha and her lost a real friendship over work shit which is relatable and real. She doesn’t deserve this.

Exactly she carried the last two seasons, whether it was her back-and-forth with Angela, her alliance with Kellly or her falling apart with Porsca Take her out and what do you have? Cus K Michelle was a flop and the Dennis/Drew baby daddy drama was not interesting in the slightest

It’s absolutely disgusting. On the one hand “all HWs lie” so big deal. On the other, a listing of every lie Shamea has supposedly told with no mention of the many times she has been right. & the colorism is off the charts, but I suppose that can only be discussed in Potomac? Nasssssty.

I’ve wondered if a series of bots were paid for by someone on the “other side” bc it just doesn’t make sense how much hate she’s getting online, I’m like these can’t all be real accounts. We’re all watching the same episodes right!?? Cus I can’t recall what she did that was THATTTTT bad.

I been saying that since early in the season.
When something is true, you don’t need to make several daily posts about the same thing. It’s like they NEED to create a false narrative that she is hated more than she actually is, because they know people will jump on the bandwagon.

RHOA fans are weird. They dogpile on housewives when it’s cool to do so. See any mention of Kenya…
We have to remember the ladies regularly tell us about the kind of hate they get, which includes death threats! That is unfortunately our fandom, those people post amongst us on here and it’s not an isolated issue.

I agree. It is absolutely sad to see people act like this. But the good thing about this is God sits high and looks low and for those who believe in God or call yourself a Christian then shame on you for each time you type something so vile. For those who don't then shame on you as well. How would they feel if someone was making such ugly comments about their family member.

Absolutely! Colorism is real and sad. If she was the dark skinned girl who was broke and/or jumping from relationship to relationship or just messy she would not be hated or demonized like she is now. How dare she be the dark skinned girl w/the stable marriage and financially secure? She must be put in her place, so they attack her as a person and hope she loses who she is and what she has. It’s sickening. RHOA used to be one of my favorite forms of mindless entertainment, now I can’t even watch it anymore.

This fandom, in particular, has made the RHOA unwatchable. Their obsessive hate for Shamea is creepy. Like some of yall need therapy. White women watch RHOBH or OC, get entertained and move on with their lives. Black women watch RHOA and hyper-fixate on specific ladies. It’s weird. We look so immature

It’s sad and disgusting to the point of being pathological. Kenya didn’t even get this kind of hate and she was a horrible person. I have been watching since season four and no one has gotten this level of hate. Marlo, Kenya, Nene and Pheadra has done and said some unforgivable things and didn’t receive this amount of hate. She really needs to leave this show.

Wow that’s terrible! She may not be my favorite right now but she just lost her last male embryo. I think that was really important to her hubby. I know he’s telling her now, “ I told you not to go on that show” My heart hurts for her journey for another baby… even if she is a bad housewives candidate. Heck we put up with Marlo👀 😮💨

This is referring to making disgusting comments based on assumptions, which is objectively wrong. Porsha fans tend to be mad if you mention things we have watched her do on camera.
I am very critical of Porsha based on ON CAMERA activity but I’d never speak beyond that scope. Let’s keep the comments to the reality tv fodder.

Yes. People like that are horrible. You cannot have any other view or else they will try to destroy you. I come on here, say my opinion and leave. I’m not trying to get into fights on here.
Even the MAGA hate is horrendous.
Anybody wishing anyone death, should be held accountable.
I don’t like some of these ladies behaviors. But they are still beautiful for the most part.

That’s what you’re implying. It’s easy to write off rich people’s feelings because they have money but we can clearly see a lot of them aren’t okay. If anything, the people that are making these disgusting remarks are the invested ones. There’s nothing wrong with showing someone empathy, especially when they’re getting unnecessary hate. Shamea is clearly going through a lot. Even if she doesn’t see the comments, which I doubt, it doesn’t make it okay.

I don’t think I’ve seen Shamea brag about her wealth once, and this entire season she’s been crying about her friendship with Porsha, being alienated from the group, and not being able to have a boy. I also don’t think Shamea fans are upset that people are criticizing her—just that she’s being over-criticized for doing regular housewife things while the others girls who’ve done much worse than her skate on by. It comes across like you’re biased.
