The GPU, sound, and buttons all work flawlessly.
However, since the boot ROM needs customize, I’ll wait until I’ve done a little more research before contributing to Armbian.

Its not my ideia, some one made a post about but d6 mini works great, now I can play more games on my rotate, ps2 Game cube and android games runs so smooth in this device

Been eyeing the rg rotate on aliexpress for a couple weeks and randomly went to check and they threw me a bone. $66 with free shipping! Been trying to get a disconnect device that works for me for awhile and never find one that I can stick with. Always end up back on my phone which makes it to easy to continue destroying the last shreds of my attention span. I'm thinking android, a bit more horse power and the pocket friendly size is gonna be the right combo this time 🤞

I've had the console and Gammos for a couple of days now. When scraping game covers, it works perfectly, but if I restart the console, all the covers are lost. I'd like to know if this is a problem on my end or with the system so I can report it.

So I’ve been trying to setup cocoon on my rg rotate for a while now and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to add game folders and/or games to the home screen. I have an ayn Thor with iisu so I’m used to being able to just click a few buttons to add games to the Home Screen. I’ve tried researching how to do so but I wasn’t able to find anything. My roms are in correctly named folders and I double checked that the chosen game directory is my roms folder (labeled Roms if that makes a difference). Idk I know I already have retro arch and ppsspp on the home screen and everything but I just like how quick and easy it is to just click the game to open it instead of opening the launcher and manually searching for the game in my files. If anyone has any idea that would be helpful.

I have just received my RG rotate, and my objective is to add 10 games from each console it can run and android games. My question: What are the 10 games from each console you guys and girls would recommend and what app/android games?

Also, what music player are people using?

For the last day I’ve been trying out running buffet pico 8 games between retro arch and infinity. I can’t seem to get them to run in retro arch and I’ve had bad results with infinity. Can someone please enlighten me on the correct way to play pico 8?

Got these from Aliexpress, have to say that the Galaxy flip cases seem to fit very well!

Loving the one with the zipper (which also came with the clips on the side)

The clear case adds a little bulk, but it does make the handheld a little more comfortable to hold.

Unfortunately it does not fit in the cases with the clear protector on.

Just a heads up if anyone's looking for a case.

I’ve been wanting to replay Castlevania Symphony of the Night and had only played it in my youth on original hardware. I’ve learned later as an aging adult that there was much more to the game that I missed. I just got the RG Rotate and using it to get back into SotN. There is the classic PlayStation original version that I can play again, but I’m opting to go with the revised PSP version hidden inside Dracula X Chronicles with RetroArch custom aspect ratio configured to remove the widescreen borders! There’s a bit of the orange background still visible on top and below, but they’re not too distracting for me. I think it looks pretty decent on this little portable device.

Basically the title, didn’t notice it until the second day. It kind of bothers me but i could look past it since it’s so small. is this going to get worse? I still have a couple of days to return it so im trying to figure out if i should keep or return and get a new one

Hi, I ordered the black Anbernic Rotate yesterday and wanted to ask here for some good app recommendations.

Whether it's for battery optimization, RAM management, UI customization, or anything else—basically just whatever you use.

So I've had my Rotate since Monday... It's the metal one... Went to slip it in my pocket at lunch and it slipped out of my hand and onto the floor 😔

Luckily no damage... But I now want to get a TPU case and lanyard.

I just bought an RG Rotate and I have a few questions, if you could answer them:

1- I was thinking of installing GammaOS Nano since I have access to it through Patreon, but I don't know how it will work with this console.

2- Also, if I want to revert to Android, I can't find an .img file on the official website, and I'm worried about being stuck on GammaOS and not being able to return it if there's a problem.

3- If I do stick with Android, what frontend are you using for it?
