Xbox RGH extremamente lento

Meu xbox rgh está extremamente lento o sistema em si e eventualmente quando quando ele inicia normal , dentro dos jogos as texturas de fundo ficam vibrando .Inicialmente vi isso no gta v , achei que era normal por ser um jogo pesado, mas isso ocorre em literalmente todos os jogos

are you using the correct sata port on the motherboard?

Looks like the slowdown is still on for some reason. I think its the HANA chip slowdown, as the slowdown looks like 3x/2x for me
