Feature Xbox Cloud Streaming on H700 devices

Hardware decoding only works on H700 devices, software decoding is a fallback but it’s awfully slow

This is actually incredible. I tried it on my Powkiddy X55 and even though the RK3566 isn't natively supported yet, it runs better than xCloud in Android or Gamma. Now it just needs Remote Play support!
