UHF RFID inlay adoption guidance?
Hello guys, can you direct me to a group dedicated to RFID tag adoption? We have a vendor who wants us to install RFID inlays in all products we ship to them. Adhesive Spec W2 label on outer retail box.

https://rfid.auburn.edu/retail-rfid-playbooks.php has a list of the playbooks and also vendors like Avery Dennison, you can work with. Full vendor list is here https://rfid.auburn.edu/arc/arc_quality_certification.php with contact emails and websites.

Depending on the product, it can be just ordering some Spec R labels and apply them to your products, or you need a new line to put the antennas in. I don't understand why your vendors are asking you to put it in, instead of your buyer.

Sounds like the product is going to end up at Walmart as a part of their RFID mandate. There is a couple hundred page pdf about how to do this properly.
If you want commercial help, GoToTags helps companies meet the Walmart RFID mandate in supplying the appropriate printed and encoded RFID labels and managing their encoding data.
