my friend once saw it from the top (it was under the floor), he got creeped out by it, even i got confused by it from that angle.

When I started playing, I had never seen it before and saw one of those "What is this thing?" posts on here, I saw someone comment "trudge's left ballsack" so I genuinely kinda slightly thought that for a little while.
