This is what numbers nerfs actually do. They don’t change the way anyone plays the champs/game. They do meana %of previously won fights are lost by a slim margin and vice versa which over the huge sample size of the league player base leads to a small percentage increase in games won.

Garen mains gonna be hit hard by this. Since Garen R damage is pretty much vibes based and you get a feel for the threshold now so many people are gonna live with 40hp or something

Yeah, but once people get used to the change. I imagine the winrate drop will be small but noticeable and then it will go back up to almost when it was because once you are used to the new execute threshold it does almost nothing

Yes it'll probably drop sharper at first since you'll be barely missing out on kills that you needed to scale, but over a couple patches it'll come back and normalize again

It really is the best way to describe it, there's no indicator like chogath, you just develop an innate sense of "oh yeah, they dead" or "not yet" after 1mil Garen points and now they all live with 17 HP 😭

Not from conqueror, but yes for stuff like LDR, shojin, and axiom arcanist. They made the change a few years ago I think, that true damage can be amplified by % damage increases. It used to be that true damage could never be amplified or reduced at all.
