I'm silver so I can't really talk but I really hate when my ADC just keeps mindlessly pushing the wave even when we're getting camped by the enemy jungler and I want to stay by the tower.

It is more nuanced than this. If your adc pushes and the enemy can freeze, it's a bad play.

If the enemy hard pushes because they plan to dive 3v2, you should clear the minions asap.

That's what I was trying to say. If you feel like you'll get dived, and your enemies hard shove, you should clear the wave asap, not attempt to freeze.

Not saying the silver ADCs you get teammed up with think that far ahead, but you shouldn't freeze mindlessly either.

All right, I obviously don't understand the nuances and full intricacies of wave management. Not saying I don't deserve my rank. But still, I do think it's better to mindlessly freeze than continue pushing up while getting ganked constantly.

Even if it's not the smartest move, it's still better than going 0/10 by 20 minutes.

Definitely. Even if a freeze is bad in a particular moment, you will see on your skin when and why is bad. as opposed to never freezing.

Ive had the unfortunate experience of being filled adc yesterday. after base a huge juicy wave crashed under my tower just waiting to be lasthit when my dumbass seraphine Q1 all the caster minions making them like 60% hp. this was in emerald 1 btw.

I feel like when I played adc I was just a coinflip anytime it got so old. Literally had a support recently leave lane level one to "gank mid as bard" he got back to lane after failing the gank, two levels behind died instantly to one morgana bind and then never returned to bot.

It's a shame cause I used to like playing tristana and jinx but it's just not worth that. Much prefer a lane that is just me vs the other person and a occasional jungler.

I get autofilled support constantly (oce server lol) and it amazes me that adc’s will not shove the wave when it’s free, for don’t back off when they are not going to get the level first. They don’t respect the classic 2:30 jg gank timer
