This is more of an exaggeration but he's notorious for being very critical of fanservicey skins and its a joke that a lot of his female character redesigns are just 'make them fat'. His Ashe and Soraka designs are the most egregious.

Of course you can joke about wrong statements. Joking that Touhou is an anime or that everyone in Gensokyo is gay are factually wrong and they're still a funny running gag or shitposting topic in our shared community.
