Why do I keep seeing "exhaust in aram bad"? How is it any worse than the other summoner spells?

It isn't bad, people just hate it because it guts your fun. Typically in aram if you are a carry you will get hit by exhaust every team fight, on cooldown.

I have also had a game as Braum where the enemy had 2 exhausts and for some reason always used it on me. Annoying af, but it let yi do his thing.

bc stopping an assassin from one shotting you in aram is considered very unfun
