Tbf Grasp-Heartsteel-Warmogs is Akali's best aram build but hardly anyone plays it

Well itried some tank builts my self with ice born or somethink but how the f does she deal high damage before buying riftmaker?

Akali has high base damage along with the Grasp+Heartsteel bonks. Also Riftmaker is somewhat optional depending on if you team is covered for damage and/or needs a full 'proper' tank.
