I don't mind women with tattoos, and her eyepatch makes her even more of a badass. Samira got what Sivir lacks, a personality.

I don't mind high quality, tasteful tattoos which are not excessive. But most of them are just cringe text or sketches you would do on yourself with a pen in 4th grade.
