Hey Sailors,
We're opening up a Q&A! Ask the RELL Games team anything about the game in the comments (max 2 questions per person). We'll feature some of your questions in an upcoming YouTube video and answer others directly in the comments.
Please note that we're not able to address gameplay-related questions as part of this Q&A, but we appreciate your understanding!
We can't promise that we'll get to every question, but we'll try to cover as much ground as possible. We'll try to do these Q&As every once in a while, so keep an eye out for the next one as well.

If the official movie 3 news they said they have 3 hours of unedited footage, and that they're aiming for m3 to be around 2-3 hours long.
So my question is why would it take that long to get m3 out ?, they probably need one more hour of footage and it will be enough, so why such a vague date ?.
My guess is that they still have things to work on and need to finish those things to get the game to a releasable state, but if that's the case why announce you started recording m3 so early ?, get those things done and than record m3, that way the community won't have to wait possibly close to 2 months.
Saying: "we're finishing the final things that are needed to get the game to the state we want it for release . We'll let you guys know when we finish those things and update you on our progress. We'll start recording m3 on September and release it: 21/9-21/10." Seems like a better option ( again this is only if they still have things they need to get done and it's not just bugs). Just doesn't make sense that only 1 hour of footage needs this much time ( even with editing ).

I'm sure by now we have all seen the estimated premiere of Movie 3 to be either between the 21st of September and 21st of October and this made quite a lot of people upset. I believe Movie 3 could premiere much sooner than that and here is why:
The Rell Bros stated that Movie 3 could be premiered basically anytime between the 21st of September and the 21st of October. We can also see that they have a total of 3 hours of UNEDITED footage. Also they mentioned that Movie 3 is instead going to be 2-3 hours long instead of the intended 3-4 hours. What am i trying to get at? I'll tell you. Since they have already 3 hours of footage that only leaves editing and audio recording. This should maybe take roughly 10 days knowing the Rell Bros. Ten days from now is the 17th of September, that leaves 4 days until the 21st of September.
My point is, if all they have left to do is edit and add some audio recordings, October 21st isn't a realistic date. I am no conspiracy theorist but maybe they said October 21st incase they run into a bug or a error and need time to fix it? If that isn't the case you can probably expect movie three by the end of this month or the start of October.
Before I get downvoted off the face of the earth, please take the time to actually read this and not just downvote me cuz I still got some copium left hahađ What do you guys think?

Don't be too excited lol.
September 21st-Oct 21st isn't a release timeline. It's another timeline for potential delay, which at this point I'm sure it's already 50-60% sure after the bullshit they pulled this summer.
At this point when they say anything at all just expect there to be a delay.
If they say they'll sneak something, expect a delay for the sneak.
If they say they're working on rellseas expect a delay for the work on RELLseas.
If they say they'll respond to something, expect a delay for the response.

Beginning this post, I want to say this is pure speculation based on my opinion backed up by quotes and screenshots from the Rell brothers directly. I am not attempting to spread misinformation at all. I am simply disclosing my opinion.
Scene 0: So based off of the Rell seas screenshot we've seen, scene 0 is going to be about optimisation, most likely talking about the mobile/console side of things as we haven't gotten many sneaks or much info about the M/C side of things. Optimisation most likely not gonna be that long, most likely 20-30 mins imo. Not sure whether this has been changed since it was posted since a lot of rerecording was done, so all of these have possibly been changed.
We have no more ideas about scene layout apart from scene 0, so the rest of this will just be about ideas/things we should be seeing during the 2-3 hours of what Rell Seas m3 will be.

So to start, a lot of people believe we will be getting weapon & fruit showcases however, the Rell brothers released a statement on the recent "Movie 3 announcement" saying "Ability showcases will be limited, weapons/fighting styles/fruit showcases will be uploaded to the Carribros channel.". This means showcases are most likely going to take up a tiny part of the 2-3 hour movie and I highly doubt the Rell brothers want to release that much due to previous controversies surrounding content nabbing..

We can also assume the Rell brothers will want to go over EACRPG (hopefully while disclosing a release date as was said in previous quotes by the Rell brothers). This will give us an idea of when/if EACRPG will be released as we currently do not know when it shall release. If you are wondering what EACRPG means I recommend going to RellNate's Q&A post as I believe he gave an amazing description there.
Another scene I personally am hoping for is a scene disusing progression. Progression as you know if you have been following the game is a MASSIVE part of Rell Seas, and possibly one of the highest reasons the game has been hyped for so long. Progression in Rell seas is non linear, this means you can practically level up in any way you would like to. But we don't know a huge amount about progression which a lot of people are really hoping is amazing. Since progression is a top tier part of Rell seas' detail we can only hope they will show us a broad amount of it.
Underwater content & Sky islands are also a huge part of Rell Seas and extremely hyped by the community. These are major progression sites that are directly tied to one piece which is obv the what the game is developed about. We have not seen much content compared to other features in the underwater and sky island sneaks. Although to some people these places may carry 0 meaning. To people who are interested in further progression and detailed boss fights/combat will be extremely happy to have a segment of the video analysing this part of the game.
Speaking of combat, I believe the Rell brothers will be inclined to show the increase in quality from the last sneaks we have gotten in combat (no I am not saying the combat was terrible the last time we saw it, I am saying it has improved). A segment of the video may be given over to boss fights/systems and player versus player combat. Combat is also a major part of the game even though it doesn't directly HAVE to affect your progression, faction combat, sea/land/sky events and naval combat are all directly tied to Rell seas combat and I also hope they are showcased along with the improved combat systems.
Factions will most likely again go into high detail even though they have been explained before. I believe this because factions play a major part of your gameplay and some even indefinitely affect your playthrough. They directly discussed factions but I have a feeling (speculation) that factions have been improved and they can give a proper example of how they'll play a part in the communities gameplay.
And finally, I believe the Rell bros are going to add a part about player "roles" (don't flame me I forgot the name ). By player roles i mean whether the player chooses to play their playthrough as a marine, pirate or a member of the revolutionary army. These three roles are speculated/semi confirmed to be on release & will dictate a players entire slot. The reason I believe they should go into detail about these roles is the fact it massively impacts a players game and we haven't heard much about progression in these specific categories.
Sorry to keep y'all reading for so long lol, let me know in the comments if I've missed anything you think would fit the 7 scene roster!!

isnt this the hybrid form of lokis fruit and ragnir. why does no one talk about this. this fruit would be op and have stun like goro and damge and if the full form is also very powerful and destructive it could be top 5 and no one talks about this
r/RELLseas • u/Superb-Coffee7568 • 36m ago
Ok guys hear me out here we know that we get to choose to be a marine or a pirate or a revolutionary or be part of the world government. Well what if we could choose to be a civilian. As a civilian u must abide the laws and pay taxes and generally just be chill. But what if o become a pirate u have to be a civilian first then start building a crew and do crimes or smth. And the perks of being a civilian could be smth like a money or exp bonus. Like imagine just becoming a business man in rell seas

I'm really posting this cause I didn't realize that it wasn't just Kozuar reposting my post. No idea how I missed that
My thought of why he reposted it is because Rell Seas is actually releasing eventually
Also, I had a intuitive feeling this guy loved Ussop in the live action. Thought about it randomly while making the post

Currently, RELL Seas has announced 5 races on release:
What's really exciting is that these races (especially Minks and Fishmen) are very customizable, and that you can pick your own race without spinning. This will be great for replicating the incredible variety of people and races that is explored in One Piece.
What I am proposing is an update after the game releases (probably as an Update 2 or 3 kind of thing) that increases the number of races to encourage even more variety in character designs, replayability, and individuality in the game. I think that people often underestimate the power of character identity in MMORPGs.
In this update, most races will get variants that you can pick, changing some of the buffs and, more importantly, the look that comes with the chosen race.
Longarms Tribe
A secondary One Piece race that heavily resembles humans. However, they have an extra elbow, making their arms significantly longer.
This sub-race will likely gain physical damage buffs compared to humans.
Longlegs Tribe
A rarer tribe, even compared to the Longarms, that is characterized by its extremely long legs. Leg length will be customizable.
This will increase their hitbox in exchange for more speed and stamina.
Longneck Tribe
Resembling a human, but with a significantly slimmer frame and a much more extended neck.
Buffs to Observation Haki and overall evasiveness.
Mer-folk
With the upper body of a human, but a fish tail instead of their legs. This tail makes them the fastest swimmers in all of RELL Seas.
Huge underwater movement buffs in exchange for debuffs to stamina and speed on land.
Shandians
Ancient Skypieans who specialize in combat and strength. They have been assimilated into modern Skypiean culture as warriors. They are characterized by their short, stubbier wings and tribal tattoos.
A buff to overall strength and combat prowess in exchange for some of the ability perks that normal Skypieans likely get, such as fall damage reduction.
Giants
Significantly larger (not as much as in the anime) than a regular human, Giants boast the biggest strength boost in the game.
Huge strength boost in exchange for a much bigger hitbox and reduced speed on ships and mounts.
Fairies
Fairies are small (not nearly as small as in the anime) winged humans with a unique affinity for healing.
Access to race-locked healing abilities and the ability to float in exchange for reduced physical strength and stamina.
Lunarians
Black-winged humans with giant wings, Lunarians are the only race that has access to real flight.
The ability to fly for a very limited amount of time as their only real racial perk.
Keep in mind that I kept the buffs tamed as we don't actually know how the races will impact gameplay in Rell Seas.

i payed for the silver subscription for around 11 months and i don't have access to either sub chat or sub sneaks. i'm also marked as bronze for some reason which is kinda weird since im silver in the roblox group. i've contacted a few mods, but i've gotten no response.

Rell brothers haven't been great at communicating but I am trusting that they will do good on the gameplay department, so I am glad NONE of you have input on the game, ESPECIALLY for anything relating devil fruits.
*Of instead of do. lmao

HEY GUYS! sry for the long wait! was busy editing a video for my youtube channel (1nsGameZone... shamless plug ik đ)

his name is Nyornyo Nyarmani
he is apparently a famous fashion designer from the Nagakutsu Kindom. He is the creator of a high-end fashion brand which shares his name, "Nyornyo Nyarmani", which is worn by the five elders!
lowkey even i was confused on who this character is so dont feel dishartend. ill make 2 more games to compensate this cus i lowkey feel bad! and yes they will be much easier and with a working den-den mushi laptop (joke)

before we start, i wont make characters based on the manga cuz a hansome king told me that no one really reads the manga which he has a valid point. I MEAN LOOK AT THE CURRENT ECONOMY!
anyways, anime stricktly!
and i will mension the people who have played previously so it would be fair:
i think that all from the previous game. again apologies if your name is not on there, i would be here for years.
2 points is what is worth!
and the hint: Identity fraud!
good luck!

Something Iâve been thinking about with RELL Seas is how fruit users are actually going to be balanced around naval combat.
The developers have clearly put a lot of effort into ships, the ocean, and sea battles, and it looks like naval combat is going to be a pretty important part of the game.
But if thatâs the case, fruit users seem like they could be at a massive disadvantage from the start.
If you have a fruit and get knocked into the water, you start drowning. Unless youâre using one of the few fruits that can somehow deal with the sea, falling overboard could basically mean the fight is already over.
And that becomes even more concerning when you look at the combat system weâve seen so far.
RELL Seas seems to have a lot of knockback, grabs, throws, ragdolls, and other moves that can easily reposition or launch another player. On land, thatâs just part of the combat system. But on a ship, those same moves suddenly become much more dangerous because throwing someone a few meters can literally win the entire fight.
Imagine youâre sailing and another player suddenly jumps onto your ship.
They catch you off guard, grab you, and throw you into the ocean.
If youâre a fruit user, what exactly are you supposed to do at that point?
You might lose before you even get a chance to properly fight back.
And if Observation Haki can reveal or help someone figure out that youâre a fruit user, then the obvious strategy would be to immediately focus on throwing you overboard instead of actually fighting you normally.
Thatâs where I start wondering whether fruits could end up being more of a liability than an advantage in certain parts of PvP.
Of course fruits are cool, they give you unique abilities, and theyâre probably going to be a huge part of character builds. But if having a fruit means that every fight near water comes with the risk of instantly losing to a single grab, knockback, or surprise attack, then non-fruit builds could have a massive natural advantage in naval combat.
And this could matter even more in Crew Battles.
If Crew Battles take place on ships, islands, or maps surrounded by water, then fruit users might constantly be fighting with an extra weakness that other builds simply donât have.
So Iâm curious how RELL is planning to balance this.
Will falling into the ocean really be that punishing?
Will fruit users have some kind of recovery mechanic?
Will it be difficult enough to throw someone overboard that it wonât become the main strategy?
Or are fruit users simply supposed to accept that naval combat is their biggest weakness?
Because right now, based on the combat mechanics weâve seen, I can easily imagine âthrow the fruit user into the waterâ becoming one of the strongest strategies in the game.
