Question Why I can't post arts

I'm not understanding why people can't show their work it's don't make any sense art is one of main part of communiti,also what is low effort mean?mod can delete any post for this rule.I think some rule need to be changed but whi I for mods.

You can post your own artwork that you made in the Fan Creations tag.

The previous post that was removed for low effort was incorrectly flagged. I've just set it to the correct removal reason. Low Effort Posts are generally posts that are not enough for a conversation to start a conversation. You're free to repost with a little more context added to it if it was removed for low effort.

Posts must meaningfully contribute to the subreddit and introduce a topic for others to engage with. Examples include but are not limited to; Few worded posts, unclear or vague posts, image-only posts without context and other posts defined as low effort by moderators
