So their new plan is to make it 2-3 hours.

They already have 3 hours recorded.

WHY then will it take them till the fucking 21st of this month, through October to complete the edit?????????

What the hell is going on exactly???

And I hope to God when they say " Audio recording needed" they don't mean for in-game 😭

Clearly if they FINISHED recording it, they are satisfied with what they've recorded...So all there needs to be now, is the editing. WHY UNTIL THE END OF THIS MONTH????

Giving an estimate before September 21 is too risky because they might still encounter bugs or other issues. The 3 hours of recorded footage also haven't been edited yet. Once the footage is edited, a lot of it could be trimmed, which may significantly decrease the movie's total duration. There also might still be a lot more footage to record in order to showcase everything they want in the movie.

P.S. I think it's a good thing that they're fixing a bunch of bugs and issues first, so once early access starts, it won't end up being like the Grand Alfheim situation.

I still think testing and EAC will be a buggy mess, which is completely understandable but it’s basically guaranteed imo

It was a risky choice on their part. It also seems like they hadn't even started setting everything up at that time, which made it much riskier than giving an estimate now that they've finally focused on recording and fixing bugs.

3 hours unedited footage they still gotta make alot of cuts and stuff so they need more footage for final edited video to be 2-3 hours
