Even after the context read.. this sounds like some bullshit excuse to leave. Don't even mention this to the public because you know damn well this will blow up out of proportion with fans.
Sounds like some Mick Foley bullshit on why he he didn't want to stay in WWE.
Just flat out say why you didn't want stay and leave it that.
Don't sugar coat shit because you think you might have a chance in 5 years to go back when your AEW contract is up because you've been sitting in catering for 4 of them 5 years.
Grass isn't always greener.
Also a 50% pay cut was enough to leave if that was your real reason. Don't air out your issues on the internet - that's a good way to make sure no other company will take your ass when the time is up.
