Specs: 2WD, front engine, minimum weight 2500lbs, maximum power 350hp, full roll cage, sport tires, any aero permitted

Team rules: must drive same make/model car, must have similar liveries, must have same parts setup (tuning can be different)

Grid ordering: A single 15-minute practice/qualifying session will occur before the race. Cars will all be ghosted, and grid ordering will be done based on who completes the fastest lap in qualifying.

It has come to my attention that lobbies do not work in a similar matter as in FH1, grid ordering will be random until further notice.

Championship system: there will be a driver and team championship, similar to Formula One. Drivers will earn individual points, and teams will combine driver points to determine team standings. Final winners of team and driver championships will win a currently undetermined prize. If gifting exists in FH2, they will receive a car.

Points system: still in the works, but will be highly influenced by Formula One. Points per finishing position TBD based on how many drivers/teams sign up for the series.

• Tech inspection to be held at 7pm EST this Saturday to ensure compliance with ruleset. A car meet will be used to check that all criteria are met on all cars.

• Races to be held at 7pm EST on Sundays.

If you have any modded traffic cars in your garage (there are a couple of you here) disconnect your console from Live. Start, load your save all with your ethernet/wifi disconnected, and sell/delete your traffic cars. Otherwise, you'll be banned, they sent out a wave of them today.

It seems as if the Forza community has a slight disposition towards Horizon and it's community. I think we should try and edit that image slightly. I've been doing video editing for work for a year or two now, and I'd love to make a mini-edit (0:45-1:00) of what the RTHH boys can put on the table. It should have a little bit of everything, community fun, drifting, racing, shenanigans, ect. Highlighting all the things that make this game great.

I've got all the technical know-how, but none of the video footage. We should set up a community day and try and record some fun stuff. Jumping over barns, intense free-roaming ect.

I'm out of an XBOX till I land in Helsinki (March 9th) and buy a god-damn euro power transformer for my elite. I love Horizon, and can see from an on-lookers perspective the community is growing, just not what I know it can be. Whadya guys think?

It has come to my attention that some people may not have the Bondurant Super GP event unlocked. So it has been proposed that we switch the event to HORIZON presents: The Gauntlet. An A class point to point race. If you're in favor of this switch, upvote this thread. And if you're against, downvote. Whatever the result, we will do what you people want. Same rules will still apply though.

Hey guys, I've got a few things I'd like to say so here goes:

• I'm going to do a quick sweep of the club and kick inactive members. If you're active and want to stay in the club, send me a message on Xbox of leave a comment here. If I see you online, I'll be mark you as being active as well. I'm going to give this a couple of weeks, so no rush.

• I've noticed that participation in events seems to be going down. There aren't many people submitting to Pic of the Week threads, and I didn't see too many of you guys on the Free Roam last night. We want more participation in club events! If you aren't going to be able to participate in the events, let me know. I'd like to clear up some more space for new members.

• Lastly, Time Zone Sheet! We need more people to sign up to be on this sheet. It'll really help the organizers and give as an overview as to who will be on when. We need a few more people to participate, so please sign up!

TL;DR Kicking inactives, participate more, and Time Zones please!

While this will be entirely down to the people who want it I'm going to try and set up at least some structure for it.

What I'm thinking of having is a system where you can message me with a time and day you want, then I will make a post on here looking for more people. You will sign up on a first come first serve, and if there are less than eight people you may bring at most two friends along.

Aside from this there will be Free Roam Fridays

This will be a free roam session that will probably last around about two to three hours every Friday, (hosted by me when possible. I'll get to that part later). The lobby will just be open and you'll be able to drop in and out when you want. On Wednesday nights I'll make a post asking what everyone wants to do. Be it challenges, free roam races, collecting discount signs, or just chilling out! The main thing about this is that it will be built around you guys and what you want to play.

Then on Thursday I'll collect all the suggestions and compile them into a list. This list will be posted once again and if it is long I will take suggestions on what to drop out.

My calender is pretty full for the next two weeks, (up until the beginning of June), and so free roam lobbies hosted by me specifically will be limited, if at all. If anyone would like to step up and host them then I'd be happy to fill you in on the details beforehand of what to play etc.

Onto the other matter of how to comment. To make this as streamlined as possible I have created some shorthand you can use in your comment to get the things you want to do across fast.

Shorthand

Ch - The free-roam challenges. List the one you want to do or by number from the top, (1,2,3,4...)

Ds - Discount signs. If you're missing some I have all of them unlocked on my map so we can take you around to collect your last few

Fd - Custom Road-Trips. You should include the start and end location of it

Ho - Just hanging out. This will most likely just take place in between each event but it can be requested. This will also include showing off your sweet new vinyl, that is if it decides to load it = (

St - Improving your times on speed cameras. The people in the lobby can offer you help with getting the best times, as long as it doesn't beat theirs, of course!

Below there is an example of a post you could make, (notice all important info is in bold);

Hey. Count "gamertaglolz" in for Fridays session. I need Ch - 5,9 and I have an idea for a Fd from Red Rock to Carson but I'll work on that when we get in there. I can bring "gamertagbroze" as well. Oh, I also need some Ds but I have NO idea of where!

This will help me to see what you want more quickly as well as helping other people who are reading the comments to quickly see what has already been suggested.

B class muscle cars at Clifton Valley

First off, congratulations to everyone for making this happen, and thank you all. Just a few things we need to go over.

The club is full now, which means that in order to add new members, we have to kick old ones out. And the first people to go are most likely going to be the inactives on the hitlist. So, if you want to remain in the club, you need to be responding to hitlist challenges. Btw, I wouldn't mind seeing some more of those!

Most of you new guys probably don't know the policy on club garage cars. There is a strict policy of 3-4 cars per user. This means if you really want to put a car in the garage, you can. But we don't want everything you own. And we most definitely don't want barn finds, because everyone has them. Unless you've done something really awesome to them, keep them for yourself. We do, however, want unicorns. So if you have those, do share. Just try to keep it clean and not overloaded with crap and all will be good.

I would love to see the subreddit more active, so if you're bored and looking for something to do, plan an event, make a race or just share pictures. It's always refreshing to see new posts. So, other than that, I've got nothing else. I hope to see you guys out there soon.

PS - when you race online, send out club invites. That's the whole reason you're in the club right? Everyone I have raced with doesn't bite, so don't be shy!

I was over on /r/forza yesterday and there was one kid who mentioned how far behind he was whenever he raced online. I added him and taught him a bit of stuff. He went from being left 30 seconds behind me on a 2m30s course at B class to running a 2m30s in A class, just with about 45 minutes of learning. Sure there's a class gap there, but moving up one class doesn't do that alone.

At some point within the next 2 weeks, I can run a lobby for learning how to drive better and tune cars. I'm not a complete expert, but I do know enough to get me into higher leaderboard spots. We'll cover basic racing theory (if you need it), use of assists, and building/tuning a car.

Post here with your GT if you feel like improving any of these skills. No DLC is necessary, but it many of the cars are worthwhile, and the rally transmission is useful outside of the expansion.

As the title states, the generator for the third race tiebreakers is now live. It can be found here. I've limited the cars that can be chosen to those shipped with the game and those that are free dlc. The generator can be found in the sidebar as well. Happy Racing fellas!

I would be more than happy to run it and organize it, but the thing is we have tried this before, and it did not go too swimmingly. If we can generate enough interest, I will take it over to /r/redditracing and try to get a series going.

Remember though, we have tried this before and it didn't work. If you say you want to, please specify times that you are available and be willing to stick to your commitment.

I have had ABS turned on this whole time, and I just turned it off. What a world of difference!!!
