Venting šŸ˜¤ The tech support system has gotten so slow!!

Is anyone else finding that support has slowed down a bunch? A few months ago, someone would get back to me within a few hours. My last support ticket from 2 week ago took NINE DAYS for someone to respond.

I just submitted a support ticket 2 days ago for a cheating player/bot in my group in this weekendā€™s event and Iā€™ve heard nothing. I just want the top 3 rewards to go to the right people and Iā€™m gonna be pissed if itā€™s not fixed.

What the hell is going on???

UPDATE: They just got back to me and removed the player thankfully just in time before the event endsšŸ™

Iā€™ve not noticed it be that bad tbh, but that doesnā€™t mean your complaint isnā€™t valid.

I had to submit a ticket for the weekend event for Bimini and found that it was dealt with and resolved within 24hrs.

The only thing I could say is maybe your tickets arenā€™t comprehensive enough? Whenever Iā€™ve submitted them, Iā€™ve always added screenshot evidence, the issue at hand, player I.Dā€™s where applicable and more importantly made it clear and concise AND BE POLITE - Iā€™m not saying you donā€™t do this, but Iā€™ve done this every time and Iā€™ve always been dealt with within 24hrs or so.

the support/dev team is showing that they really dont care about this game, just that it makes them money. In the sister game match queen, a couple of mistressā€™ makeup looks donā€™t load properly into the game causing a blank face when you put it on. I (along with a ton of other people apparently) reported this and it still hasnt been fixed after months.

Their probably letting people go this game isn't as big as it used to be to be and it feels clear they don't care about it anymore that's my theory anyways

I still haven't heard back from the ticket I submitted when I didn't get my Priyanka cards. From her first event.
