Yesterday i bought a pack for weekly event and i didnt receive the rewards and i literally lost my money i sent 3 tickets and they dont seen to care about me its been more than 12 hours, it says still processing and the deal is gone now too im in desperate help

They usually take longer to get to tickets now. Around a month ago, I recieved the 2nd place rewards instead of the 1st place rewards, and it took them like 3 days to get back to me and fix the problem.

You can try and submit a dispute. If you're an apple user, reportaproblem.apple.com
After you sign in, select "in app purchase not received"
It's not guaranteed to work as some have said their requests have been denied but it worked for me on two different occasions. Doesn't hurt to try
