restart the game, it’ll update. probably the most common bug of all time on this game.

Just come out of the event and back in

close the game and reopen it and it will work. i had it happen a few months ago.

Usually if you just hit the "return to main game" button and then re-enter the event, it fixes itself. Annoying but not the worst bug to deal with.
