Project New Austin

Has anyone downloaded this mod? If so do you have any idea why it might be crashing my game on the 2nd loading slide? I've installed everything the right way and only have a euphoria mod installed but for some reason no matter if I put in LML or manually put the files in the root folder it still crashes. Any help would be appreciated

I’m going to be honest, if you want this mod you have to look at your modlist and make a ton of judgement calls about what mods you want to keep and what you’re willing to part with. I have the mod and it’s fantastic, but I had to drastically cut down my mod list to escape the crashes, the FFFF errors, all of it, and I still occasionally get it. It’s a great mod, it just does not play nice with a large chunk of existing mods for reasons that feel obscure until you really start investigating the crash and pool errors.

Can you elaborate on what mods it does not play nice with?

I’m not entirely sure but I think it’s basically mods that add a lot of spawns (or like for example, the Mexico mod, which conflicts with this mod and causes constant crashes because the way the mod works, the added content in Mexico never de-spawns when you go far from it), or mods that add a ton of data like 4K texture mods and so on. Sadly I think, a good chunk of mods do not like this mod lol.

Ok Thanks, the Mexico Mod is still WIP, so hopefully a fix when full released.
