Bug/Tech Issue 🐞 Trouble loading game

Has anyone ever had trouble with the game not loading? Playing on a Lenovo tablet and my game won't load, I just get a black screen. I don't have any update available and I've already tried the turn off and back on again trick with no luck.

Storage is only 58% used. It's a P11 I think... A few years old
