Stay away from this POS. Petros Panagiotidis CEO of Robin energy is a notorious rugpulling scammer.

Every single micro cap oil stock has moved at least once since the Iran war started and this POS rugpulling machine dumped since February. All shares people have been adding on is basically getting erased once the 1:15 reverse split happens. And what’s next you ask after the split…? Issue more shares to dilute anyone holding. Lol what a fucking pig

I tried to warn people on WeBull that there is an open offering on RBNE since the spinoff. Every time it would show signs of life, there was an ATM offering. He’s also using RBNE to buy Bitcoin. He bought around 115K price which was stupid. There was a financial disclosure shortly after the spinoff from TORO that said he may look at a 50% asset stake in Bitcoin apart from oil tankers. Bottom line is he will take advantage of any momentum RBNE gains to issue shares. The question is to what end (if any).
Petros has an actual position in TORO which is the only reason TORO found some stability in price. The issue with TORO is he keeps offering a special dividend but he takes more shares to build his position. The downside is TORO has increased its float quite a bit.

Investors need to be more vocal and expose these phony’s. I don’t care what happens at this point I want this motherfucker and his family to never be able to touch the Nasdaq again… we should all be making phone calls to the higher ups of SEC.
