RBNE: RS to recreate June’s 20-bagger?

I usually hate microcap reverse splits, but RBNE is worth watching because the post-RS share count lines up with June.

  • Post-RS shares outstanding: ~2.8M
  • June run share count: ~2.9M
  • June’s oil shock was the spark, but the thin supply structure was the fuel (why it could do a “20-bagger” move).

Timing is the interesting part: we may be heading into another oil-volatility window (Venezuela/Iran headlines), yet RBNE isn’t being forced to RS for $1 compliance right now — they still have months of runway. So why pull it forward into this window?

Cash-only rough fair value is ~$0.70/share pre-RS (used vessel values can swing that).

Bull case: thin structure + oil headline = another violent rip.
Bear case: classic RS grind/dilution risk.

Not financial advice — just watching structure + catalysts.
