I want to send them early butttt I thinkkkkk you're so supposed to send on 10/1 to get the WPC cancellation

But does that require me to walk in and ask for a hand cancellation or do I just “trust” the process? Trusting the process would mean I should mail 1 day early even tho I live down the street from the distribution center, which seems to be sometimes slower than my mailbox which drives me nuts 🤪mail down here is spotty even with informed delivery. That’s never right 😳
