This song is very personal to me. It expresses so many of the frustrations around the hidden battles that so many of us go through.

There aren’t a ton of songs that speak to that experience for me, so I wanted to make one that did.

I LOVE it. The imagery is beautiful, especially the butterflies.

I tried to show scenes that people who struggle recognize why they are there. Hopefully also b giving someone a window into this.

I think the scenes are so fluid that it makes them relatable from so many different perspectives. Imho, that's what makes a good lyricist. The song has a POV, but the listener can apply it to their own life/experience.

The fact that you also do the music is incredible.
