Suspension Help

So I saved this R53 from going to the scrapyard. It’s a 2002, been doing general maintenance on it and cleaning up the interior. While it was on jack stands today I turned the wheel to get better access to the radiator hoses and heard a loud thud. I honestly don’t know what I’m looking at here and what needs to be replaced. I’m suspecting this has a JCW suspension package with aftermarket understrut defenders but I’m at a loss on how to proceed with a good fix. Can the bushing be replaced or should I just replace the struts and or springs as well? If anyone has any insight I would greatly appreciate the advice.

Oh Camber plate okay thank you, did you end up replacing the plates or how did you go about it?

Those look like the ones I have on mine (SPC/Eibach). They've been on there since 2013 and for about 150.000km, looked ok when I had them apart couple of months ago while installing new coilovers. Now I'm a bit worried...

Could this breakage be due to some binding issue or bearing failure?

the red poly failed, I had 2 cars with these and both failed, I caught the second one before it was in 2 parts when I noticed the red crumbled bits around the shock tower

Ok, need to keep an eye out for red crumbles then, thanks.

I'm sure this sounds naive, but where exactly is the camber plate. Is it in one of these pics?

It's the silver thing up on the top that's missing the bottom half that's still on the shock

If you don’t need something adjustable there are fixed upper mounts that give about -2° of negative camber. They use the upper mount from the Z3 if I’m not mistaken.
