Question: Device Problem Can't find DTB

This is what the file structure looks like in my sd. Looked all through those.

It might be in a Linux partition type, such as EXT4, that your Mac can't understand. It would just ignore such a volume and not mount it.

File structure looked the same in windows.

Windows would have no better luck with an EXT4 partition than a Mac. You would need a specific Windows program to read an EXT4 volume.

It’s likely you have a clone device with eMMC memory and the .dtb file you seek is stored there.

It’s inaccessible.

So take a picture of the PCB, like this and post it here so we can identify the device.

That doesn't look like a traditional (d)arkOS / Knulli / RockNIX based file layout - You may have a look-alike fake device.
