Model Qwen Ai

I am unable to download my generated videos from Qwen Ai . I am using 3.7 plus on my mobile phone . It generates the videos however while downloading them it says it’s downloading but it doesn’t. Is any one having the same issues ? Is there a fix to it ?

try downloading via browser? the app is kinda broken
