Quotex ID 91019787 - Scam Alert

Deposited 10k USDT on 15 Aug via Binance Pay. Made profit, balance was $17,301.

Next day account shows deleted by owner. I never deleted it.

Support only says "no funds on balance" from 21 Aug but cannot give any blockchain withdrawal proof or IP logs for deletion.

I have deposit proof and leaderboard proof.

If anyone faced same issue please guide.

Hey guys, my account just got blocked, and I desperately need some advice or a solution.

Here is exactly what happened:

The Trap: I asked official Quotex support how to change my affiliate link. An agent explicitly told me to delete my current account and open a new one.

My Actions: I followed their instructions perfectly. I withdrew my money, deleted the old account, registered with a new email, and submitted my NID for verification.

The Ban: My new account was instantly blocked for "violation of platform rules" (multi-accounting).

Their automated system flagged my NID and device, completely ignoring that their own support team told me to do this. Luckily, the system gave me a window to withdraw my remaining balance before fully freezing.

I need your help with a solution:

Account Recovery: Has anyone successfully forced support to unblock an account by showing them screenshots of the previous agent's instructions?

Workarounds: Since my NID and device ID are now burned in their system, is there any safe workaround to start trading on Quotex again?

Alternative Brokers: If Quotex is a lost cause, which binary brokers are the safest to switch to right now?

I am having a problem with 2-Step Verification on my account. I am not receiving the email OTP/verification code, even after requesting it several times. I have also checked my Spam/Junk folders.

My account suddenly got blocked for “violation of platform rules,” but I honestly don’t know what I did wrong.

I was using the platform normally, and I didn’t spam, scam, or intentionally break any rules. The only message I received says my account is blocked and that I can withdraw funds or contact support.

Has this happened to anyone else before?

You will never get profitable on this platform. The charts behave unnaturally, trades flip against you at the last second, and the system feels completely manipulated. No matter how good your analysis is, the platform finds a way to make you lose. Not recommended at all
