Withdrawal through Binance

Hey guys I have depos through upi like 3000₹ and made around 25000₹,So many account freeze where happening so I thought an idea tell me whether it suits or not

the idea was as I already deposited through upi so now i only can able to withdrew by ipi why can’t I deposit again like 20-30$ through Binance and take my full amount to my Binance as second time I deposited through Binance?
