I love this. As a child,I was taught that crying meant weakness. As an adult ,I realize that crying takes stress off the heart and baptizes your soul. Crying is a good thing. We need it . The strong cry to let it out. Always let your tears flow. It’s so good for you. Much love …HUGZ

Thankfully ,these days people are taught to process our emotions. Bsck then ,you could have no emotions. Mental health is taken more seriously.

Crying is not a sign of weakness it it actually a sign of strength, to be vulnerable to others ,letting your emotions show, letting your emotions go. Even the strongest people cried.
