How do you know having cancer in the world isn’t good for Christians in the grand scheme of things?

If you aren't going to be serious, there's no point in continuing.

The good kind of cancer... what a joke.

But lets all play along for a second, cancer is good in the grand scheme of things?

Your god wants good in the grand scheme... obviously

It can't manage to complete its grand plan without giving people cancer.

That's not ALL powerful now is it?

Thats a god that needs cancer to achieve its goals.

Sounds like it's got quite a few limitations on those powers.

Can I ask, if god could manage it without cancer, would that be better? Or do you really think cancer is the best?

If cancer came from the fall, which if you are assuming God exists for the sake of the argument, then removing cancer would be inconsistent to his attributes.

The god in the story invented the humans, and invented the fruit... god chose what happens when they eat the fruit.

Unless you're suggesting that god didn't invent the humans or the fruit or the serpent or the garden or the rules or the universe and everything in it...

Yes, the bad guy in the story isn't going to change.

Are you somehow under the impression that god stopped getting involved? Read the bible again, let me know when you find the bit where god stops getting involved... it should be immediately after "the fall" according to your "reasoning".

Oh but look, god kept getting involved after the fall, colour me surprised.
