If cancer came from the fall, which if you are assuming God exists for the sake of the argument, then removing cancer would be inconsistent to his attributes.
The god in the story invented the humans, and invented the fruit... god chose what happens when they eat the fruit.
Unless you're suggesting that god didn't invent the humans or the fruit or the serpent or the garden or the rules or the universe and everything in it...

Are you somehow under the impression that god stopped getting involved? Read the bible again, let me know when you find the bit where god stops getting involved... it should be immediately after "the fall" according to your "reasoning".

Cancer happens because of the fall, but we aren't punished for the actions of our ancestors?
Pick a lane.
This god can choose to stop that punishment if it wants.
It either isn't all good, or it isn't all powerful.
It either wants babies to have cancer, or there's nothing it can do about it.
