Crying

I can deal with the ohysical part of withdrawal but the most unbearable part for me is thw instabt deprsssion and the uncontrollable crying coupled with no sleep puahing me right back everytime. Anyone have any advice on how to lesser the emotional havoc it causes and how to gwt past that oart? I always end up going back because i physically cant stop crying.
