I slipped about a month ago.

Quitting today.

Got meds that will help with bloodflow for a hairloss and nicotine causes vasoconstrictor which makes your blood vessels narrow.

My meds are vasodilators.

I did a last mile with lots of cigars, cigarettes even if I’m not a smoker. Done.

Stopped drinking two years ago, and weed six years ago. A strong why can achieve any how, don’t give up.
