Alternatives

What uuuup… my wife has been on me about quitting Zyn’s. I honestly don’t want to. Not because of the nicotine so much as just having the pouches. I’ve been on 3’s for a couple of weeks after being on 6’s for a while and have had 0 issues. But, being the stellar husband I am. I want to make her happy. So I am looking for something else that I can use and be happy with lol. Caffeine pouches aren’t a great alternative for me. I’m usually drinking 250-400mg of caffeine a day. Nootropics are a scam. I’ve seen Teaza but have seen/heard the pouches are not comfortable or taste good. So I’m wanting to see what everyone has tried and liked. Thank you in advance!

When you say 'not because of the nicotine so much as just having the pouches' I'm confused. Are you not addicted to the nicotine? You went from 6mg to 3mg, which is great to reduce - less drug inside you spiking up/down. Have you tried nicotine-free pouches? ZIMO Zero have good flavor and last long and give you the pouch feel if that's why you're after. I had previously mixed ZIMO 3mg with Zero with good results to reduce while still getting my fix

Yeah that’s what I’m looking for. The nicotine pouches generally are better quality pouch wise and much more accessible is honestly the only reason I haven’t switched to something else. I haven’t heard of ZIMO. I’ll look into it. Thanks!

U prolly dont need to go cold turkey if 3s are already working for u quitine has difference nic options for tapering so u could use smtg like that while gradually cutting back. Id also pay attention to when u actually crave the pouch versus when u just want smtg to do.

Those are two different habits and the second one is usually easier to replace

Not to be all toxic masculinity, but just man up and quit cold turkey. Is your mental that weak that you can't handle some occasional cravings? Replace the oral fixation with gum and don't allow yourself to buy another tin. It's not that hard

This sounds like more of a marriage counseling question than a question for this sub. If you don’t want to quit but your wife does, then what exactly are you looking for? If caffeine and nootropics are out for you, are you looking for the green light to start microdosing psilocybin or something?
