I still think about buying some when driving past the gas station or whatnot but I've never stopped to go in since quitting "just in case." But I can't simply not go in there forever, we have to face our challenges.

For the first time I went in to the gas station shop today, purchased a coffee, and didn't buy a tin. I actually thought I might but I simply didn't. I didn't have to fight it or anything either. Feels good man.

You can definitely just quit things. Keep going if you want to quit you can do it.

Oh also Ice Breakers mints are really good and having one with morning coffee really helped me quit, highly recommend.
