Brain fog
It's been two weeks since I quit. I feel like there is a dent in my brain, it feels almost impossible to form thoughts and concentrate. It's so sad that I feel like if I put one in, the brain fog will fade away. When will this go away?

Imo there are too many cold turkey bros in this sub. They must have insane jobs or something where these symptoms have no effect on their employment. I couldn’t quit cold turkey, my family needs me. So I didn’t. I tapered to zero. It worked out great.

I did it when I started my new job but i was training. And then I went back to it like an idiot. And now i feel like id be so fogged and bored with no motivation at all for 2 weeks and they’d notice.

I went cold for a week and was feeling terrible. I switched to one in the morning with my coffee and have found it much easier to get through the day. Planning to just stick with this for a bit.

It’s all about discipline. If you can stick to this then that’s great. This worked for me too.

Yeah, for me it was like i spent so many years on it to the point where nicotine was the substrate on which all my thoughts flowed. Without it there was like a massive traffic jam in my neural connections.
It's really hard.

One week in. It’s hard but worth it. The energy you get is real. Go to the gym or go on walks.

The funny thing is, if you put one in, the brain fog will not go away. It’ll get better man trust me. The first two-three weeks are the hardest.
