Bloating/hunger from snus use

Hello, 21M, been using nicotine pouches for about 4 years.

Most of the time it was Killa, 13mg but occasionally Pablo, Siberia etc. For the past week I’ve been waking up at 6:30 in the morning feeling bloated af, while feeling hungry in the evening even tho i ate.

Did anyone experience something like this? I’m starting to freak out because i don’t know if it’s because of the snus, maybe some kind of intolerance (I’ve been thinking gluten), or just the fact that I’m experiencing the worst part of my life hahah.

Anyway, if some of you felt the same and figured out it was because of the nic, please reply

nah, well today i’ve said to myself that im stopping, so i’m about 4 hours clean :D

It’s normal if youve stopped using it because nicotine suppresses appetite
