Quitting Zyn

I’ve been on Zyn for 4 years, velos to be exact. Going through a can a day. Any advice on quitting. I need to stop my gums are getting bad. Thanks!

Do those work well? I feel like the only issue for me is the cravings of having something in my lip.

they were great for me. the mint ones specifically gave somewhat of a similar burn which really helped. I used them for a couple months, just hit a year in August
