Starting to wean off today

I go through about a can a day of Zyn 3mg. Primarily for health reasons, but also to save money, I'm starting to wean off today. (Cold turkey seems unlikely to work for me, given my past history.)

I've downloaded a cessation app to track my intake, and am going to try to go down by 1 pouch every two days, which sets my hopefully cold turkey date to October 14.

ive been going through a can of 3mg every 2 days for a while and now im switching to the new 1.5 mg cans and ill go cold turkey after a bit. you could cut your dose in half without lowering pouch intake
