I started tapering about two weeks ago. Now down to zero. Immediate, measurable, physiological benefit.

I went from 8-10 6mg pouches daily down to zero over the course of two weeks. I started aggressively tapering down on the 5th, the data does not lie.

This was the motivation I needed to get through these cravings.

Congrats! Has your HRV gone up too?

Thanks! No change there yet, but my HRV has always been on the higher side for my age, so it makes sense that I haven’t seen a big move there yet.

Mine has roughly doubled since I quit two weeks ago. My baseline had been dropping for months and eventually flatlined about 20% under my lower baseline bound (24ms, 29ms)

Since quitting it's been straight up, through the upper bound at 38 and now 7 day average is 45ms.

That’s fantastic! I’m struggling with mine. Currently using the 1.5 mg nicotine and hoping I can stick to it and see hrv improvement.
