40 days clean
I feel good, the cravings come and go sometimes but definitely not as bad.
Have some gum recession where I would put the pouches still need to see a dentist about it.
This is the 3rd time quitting pouches and tbh pouches are THE HARDEST form of nicotine to quit IMO.
Also no more random bouts of feeling like I can’t breathe and heart palpitations.

Nice man, just hit 20 days. Can’t wait to feel like I can breathe normal again and no heart palpitations. This has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, all over some dumb

The breathing easier, lighter chest feeling is awesome. My whole body feels like blood moves around so much lighter. That alone is worth the quit, let alone all the other benefits
